Effective Date: June 6, 2025

1. Overview

Xeet Corp. ("Xeet", "we", "us", "our") provides a gamified creator and analytics platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Service at xeet.ai and related properties.

By using the Service, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

2. Personal Information We Collect

2.1 You provide

  • Account data - email, username, display name, password or SSO identifiers
  • Profile elements - profile picture or avatar, biography, links
  • Communications - messages to support, feedback, preferences
  • Payment or payout details - collected and processed by third-party providers

2.2 From connected social platforms that you authorize

When you connect a social account (such as Twitter/X, Discord, YouTube, or others), we may receive the following information as permitted by that platform’s OAuth permissions and privacy settings:

  • Public profile data – username, display name, profile picture or avatar, bio, and links
  • Public content and engagement – posts, comments, reactions, follower/following counts, impressions, and other interaction metrics
  • Platform identifiers and access tokens – unique user or account IDs, handles, and authentication tokens required to enable platform features and analytics
  • Authorized personal information – email address or other identifiers that the platform provides if you grant access (for example, when Twitter/X or Discord includes your email in OAuth data)
  • Posting and performance metadata – timestamps, post types, engagement trends, or other analytics necessary for scoring, insights, and community features

We only collect this information when you explicitly authorize the connection, and you can revoke access at any time through your account settings or the connected platform’s permissions.

2.3 Automatically collected

  • Device and usage data - IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages visited, time on page, clickstream, referral URLs
  • Cookies and similar technologies - session and preference cookies, analytics, attribution, and security

2.4 Inferences

  • Scores, rankings, and classifications derived from signals and engagement
  • Interests and performance segments to enable discovery and tournaments

We may aggregate or de-identify data so it can no longer reasonably identify you. Aggregated or de-identified data is not personal information.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share data for advertising or cross-context behavioral purposes where permitted, and you can exercise choices as described in Section 9.

5. Digital Collectibles and Blockchain

If you engage with digital collectibles or NFTs:

  • Public blockchain transactions are by nature public and immutable

  • You are responsible for wallet security, including private keys and seed phrases

6. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Tournament and scoring history may be retained to preserve platform integrity and historical records. Where feasible, we may de-identify or aggregate data rather than delete it.
